I've watched this video twice, somehow I thought it wouldn't affect me as much the second time around. The honesty and sincerity in the people's responses is just beautiful. And the children in this will make you melt. Please watch it the whole way through. If you don't at least well up with tears, then I truly believe you are not human.

To this day, The Golden Girls is one of the best sitcoms to ever be on TV. It premiered in 1985 and cast Bea Arthur, Rue McClanahan, Estelle Getty, and Betty White, four veteran Hollywood actresses in some of their best known roles. All four ladies had impeccable comic timing and fantastic chemistry. These four women could make an audience laugh out loud. They could also make you well up with emotion.

Estelle Getty died in 2008, and Bea Arthur passed away nine months later in 2009. On Thursday June 3, Rue McClanahan, the youngest of the Golden Girls, died of a stroke leaving Betty White the last of the fantastic foursome. Lovely Long Beach

A little early Spring visit to Long Beach, NY was just what Arbor Boy and I needed to relax. The sun was hot and bright, the boardwalk was full of joggers and bicycles, even a few surfers took to the water. Enjoy the pictures!
